Reporting Equipment Problems to Parking Services

Parking customers have several options available for assistance with parking equipment or to report technical problems.

For problems that require immediate attention:

Use the intercom. Entry, Exit and Payment terminals are equipped with an intercom system that connects directly to a Parking Operations Attendant. Once connected, you can explain the nature of the problem. The attendant will either guide you through the solution or dispatch the supervisor or in-house technician to assist you.

Call Us. You can also contact our Parking Operations at 416 736-2100 extension 33384. Once connected, you can explain the nature of the problem. The attendant will either guide you through the solution or dispatch the supervisor or in-house technician to assist you.

For problems that do not require immediate attention:

Contact us. Parking Operations can be reached either directly at 416 736-2100 extension 33384, or by using the intercom to talk to an attendant. The attendant will log the problem and dispatch the technician for investigation and/or repair.

Our Parking Administration Office is open from 8:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday. To report issues or problems that are not urgent, you can contact the Administration Office at 416 736-2100 extension 55335 to speak with a customer service representative. They will forward your report to the supervisor for follow-up. You can also send an email note to parking@yorku.ca.
